Jack A. Cohen

Jack Cohen has founded and brought to Cohen Commercial Real Estate Group a wealth of business experience, and an extensive list of relationships in the community. He has been involved in manufacturing, retailing and real estate development. Previously, Jack was Vice President of Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate and before that Vice President of Carter and Associates, both full service commercial real estate brokerage companies.

For 29 years prior to joining Carter and Associates, Jack was CEO of Write Occasions, Inc., a chain of retail stores throughout Central Florida. Before moving to Florida from New York he was Executive Vice President of Craftmaid Manufacturing Company, Inc., a manufacturer of costume jewelry in New York.

Jack has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of business and real estate, including leasing and consulting, site selection, investment acquisitions and sales. In his positions, he has been involved in all phases of business management, giving him a keen insight into the facilities and operational needs of a business. Jack has managed the leasehold design, construction and remodeling of his retail stores, as well as the initial lease negotiations and renewals of those properties. He has also been part of the ground up development team for the construction of multi-family and commercial office buildings with direct involvement in the management, leasing and sales of these projects, resulting in an understanding of both tenant and landlord sides of real estate.

He is very active in the community (relationships), and sits on many boards; of which the AMI Kids Tampa, Youth Environmental Services, and the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts are the ones he is most proud to serve.


David M. Donnelly

David M Donnelly has been an active member of the Tampa Bay real estate market since moving to Tampa from Michigan in 1980. Dave has an extensive background in
residential land acquisitions, community development and new homes sales an marketing having held upper level management positions with some of Tampa Bay’s finest local and national homebuilders including Lennar Homes, Inland Homes and Suarez Housing Corp.

As an independent contractor since 2000 specializing in land acquisitions and development, Dave has been involved in the acquisition and development of over $100 million dollars of residential communities from small infill projects to extensive large scale development communities.

Well known and well respected in the industry, with an extensive background Dave has been twice elected Sales and Marketing Manager of the Year by Builders Association of Greater Tampa.
